John adds a wealth of strategic market experience to the Pindan Capital board, having spent more than two decades as partner of high-profile consulting firms Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, and today continues to act in the industry as executive consultant and advisor for a number of organisations.

Actively helping support disadvantaged people in our community, John also brings his philanthropic passion to the team.

Tom Southern

Non-Executive Director

Tom brings unparalleled experience in property investment to Pindan Capital, having been in the industry for over 40 years. 

He joined CBRE in 1988 and became head of the Institutional Investment Division, before taking on the roles of Executive Managing Director, President and CEO in Australia and New Zealand and ultimately Executive Chairman.

During his tenure with CBRE he was responsible for overseeing business operations across 21 offices, with over 2000 employees and was instrumental in the development of additional service offerings and growth in key areas, with new business lines created to deliver Residential Project Marketing, Structured Transactions and Advisory Services, Health and Aged care and Residential Mortgage Valuations, taking it to one of the largest commercial property firms in the region. CBRE is the largest global real estate service provider with over 75,000 employees.

Tom’s extensive commercial property experience, and his local and global institutional relationships will enable Pindan Capital to further diversify their property compendium outside of Western Australia.


David Pringle

Managing Director

A founding director of Pindan, David has been instrumental in forging the company’s rapid expansion and renowned reputation over the past 30 years, and is responsible for its financial and development management.

David has vast experience in property development and an intrinsic knowledge of the West Australian construction industry.
